Enjoy a warmer, more comfortable healthier home with an SEAI grant funded home retrofit.
Enjoy a warmer, more comfortable healthier home with an SEAI grant funded home retrofit.
Our Whole House Retrofit service is specifically designed for houses constructed before 2005. To improve your home’s Building Energy Rating (BER), we begin with a comprehensive home survey. This survey enables us to gather detailed information about your home and tailor a retrofit plan accordingly. We then provide you with a fully costed Energy Report outlining the best value-for-money energy upgrades for your entire home.
The installation of an air source heat pump, which serves as a core element, may be complemented by improvements like wall and attic insulation, windows, airtightness, advanced ventilation and Solar PV. A complete home energy upgrade is also available without installing a heat pump e.g. you may have only recently installed a new gas boiler.
If your house is difficult to heat and your energy costs are high, or if you’re planning to undertake significant renovations, this is the time to retrofit your whole house.
Request a FREE 20 minute Online Consultation to receive a basic assessment of your home, an estimate of costs and SEAI grants, and hear about your next steps.
We follow a 7-step process for all our projects designed to reduce hassle and stress on your retrofit journey.
Take the first step towards a greener, healthier home.
One Stop Shop grants are available to homeowners interested in a whole house retrofit. A Heat Pump is not always required, but does unlock a number of additional grants. Taking advantage of all the SEAI Grants available to you.
Grants offered are provided by the Government of Ireland through the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI).
To be eligible for One Stop Shop grants, your home should be built before 2011 with a starting BER of B3 or lower.
After your retrofit, your home should reach a BER of B2 or higher, with a noticeable boost in energy efficiency.
