Electric Ireland Superhomes would like to access and share your Building Energy Rating (BER) data which is stored in Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) National Register. If you have a current BER, this data will assist Electric Ireland Superhomes and our partner Prime 19 Innovation Ltd to generate initial retrofit advice for your property.

What data we need and why

We need your permission to access SEAI's national BER register which contains your property's Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN), your full address including your Eircode, and technical data from previous BER assessments.

Should you consent to us accessing your data from SEAI’s register, we then wish to share this data with Prime 19 Innovation Ltd so that we can offer you tailored retrofit advice for your home. Prime 19 Innovation Ltd upon receipt of your consent, will access your BER data via a secure API (An application programming interface).
