Home Energy Assessment / Energy Report
· If you have paid your Home Energy Assessment (HEA) or Energy Report fee, you can request a full-refund up to 24 hours before the engineer’s scheduled home survey.
· If cancellation occurs on the day of the scheduled home survey, the fee will be issued as a credit, which can be used to reschedule the survey at a later date.
Exceptions:
· Completed HEA/Energy Reports – Your Energy Report has been designed specifically for your home and is non-refundable.
· Third-Party Costs – Any fees paid to external vendors (e.g. BER Assessors) are non-refundable.
· Change of Mind – Refunds will not be granted where services have been rendered or are in progress. Once work has begun, including the data collection or report preparation, the service is considered bespoke and is not eligible for a refund.
Design and Application Fee
If you’re not fully satisfied with our service within 14 calendar days of paying your Design and Application fee, we offer a full refund upon written request, provided the issue is due to our service delivery and the issue is not caused by external factors outside of our control.
How to Request a Refund
Please submit a written request to customer.care@electricirelandsuperhomes.ie detailing the issue and desired resolution within the eligible timeframe.
· Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
· Funds will be returned via the original payment method.
