While we do our best to make the Home Energy Report as clear as possible, there are some technical aspects to it. That’s why we will schedule a video or phone call with you to go through the report step by-step and answer any questions you might have.

The Energy Report contains everything you need to understand your retrofit options, including detailed costs and a summary of the best grants available to you. The report may also include an offer to carry out your Superhomes retrofit.

During the initial consultation with the Electric Ireland Superhomes Retrofit Advisor, you’ll have a clearer idea about what measures, costs, grants and timelines are involved in your project. You are now ready for the Home Energy Report stage, which consists of a baseline BER analysis, an examination of your current energy system and insulation levels, a review of the condition of windows and doors, and other energy-related factors.
