What houses are eligible for SEAI’s National Home Energy Upgrade Scheme?  

For a whole house retrofit, any house built prior to 2011 may be eligible. There is no minimum BER, however there needs to be a BER ‘uplift’ of 100 kw/hr/m2 to qualify. This means, in most cases, that a starting BER of B3/ C1 or worse will be required.
