Electric Ireland Superhomes will handle enquiries with courtesy and sensitivity, with minimum delays.
Our communications to you will come from a Team Member with their names viewable, so that you
know whom to contact for further information. We aim to have all our information, whether it be by
website, phone or email, fully up-to-date and presented in the clearest, most accessible, terms.
The importance of your Home Energy retrofit
We will, at all times, acknowledge and appreciate the financial and time commitment made by you to
undertake a home energy retrofit and will treat your project accordingly.
Independence, Transparency and Value-for-money
We will only recommend energy measures that are required to achieve Electric Ireland Superhomes
standard and the targets of grant funding, nothing more. We aim to secure for you a value-for-money
tender from a high-quality contractor.

Issues and Complaints
We endeavour to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. If we cannot resolve an issue to your
