The cost of a whole-house retrofit varies based on factors like your home’s size, age, and existing insulation. Costs range from €25,000 for a typical house built since 2000 to €75,000 or more for older, larger or more complex homes. It’s a large investment so an SEAI grant is available to support you to do this.
On average, an Electric Ireland Superhomes retrofit costs €56,000 before grants—but with SEAI support, this can drop to around €30,000 net of grants.
We’re here to guide you through the process. As part of our Initial Consultation, we’ll provide a tailored cost estimate and the latest SEAI grant information. Get in touch today, and let’s explore the best options for your home.
